THE SERVICE

TapeJesus is a voice-powered imperial fraction calculator web application provided as-is. The app performs mathematical calculations based on voice input. While we strive for accuracy, you should always verify critical measurements independently. TapeJesus is a tool to assist with calculations, not a replacement for professional measurement verification.

ACCURACY DISCLAIMER

TapeJesus provides calculations to 1/16 inch precision. Voice recognition and mathematical parsing may occasionally produce errors due to background noise, accents, or ambiguous input. Always double-check measurements before cutting material. We are not responsible for material waste, construction errors, or any damages resulting from reliance on calculations provided by this app.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use TapeJesus for its intended purpose as a measurement calculator. You agree not to attempt to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer the application or its voice processing systems.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

TapeJesus, the TapeJesus logo, the Black Tape Jesus character, and all associated content are the property of their respective owners. You may share score cards generated by the app on social media. You may not use the TapeJesus brand, character, or logo for commercial purposes without written permission.

TapeJesus displays advertisements through Google AdSense. Ad content is determined by Google and is not controlled by TapeJesus. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TapeJesus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application. This includes but is not limited to material waste, construction errors, or project delays.

MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue TapeJesus at any time without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
